Through our Strategic Partner Network, Harvest Time provides access to product donations—including food, clothing, and household goods—from top brands across the US. Within our Strategic Partner Network, we offer two programs designed to support your organization.
Which Program is Right for Your Agency?
Direct Truckload Program - National
This program is designed to support larger 501c3 nonprofit organizations across the US by providing them nationwide access to full and partial truckloads of goods from generous donors. Joining is completely free—no fees, monthly dues, or subscriptions required. We charge a small administrative fee for most truckloads, which is just a fraction of the retail cost. We can also manage all trucking arrangements for you, including scheduling pickup and delivery, and will provide a quote for your approval beforehand. Sometimes, we even have donations available at no cost!

Non-Profit Supply Center - Sanford, FL
Located at our headquarters in Sanford, FL, the Non-Profit Supply Center aims to meet our partners' urgent needs in quantities that work for them. For a low per-item handling fee, your organization can shop in individual or small quantities to stock your shelves, storerooms, or warehouses to stretch your funding further. Whether you're restocking a food pantry, planning an outreach event, or helping to rehouse folks in your community, our stock of pantry staples, food, clothing, small appliances, and hygiene items is ready to serve your mission. Although not a requirement, this program is best suited for agencies located in or near Central Florida.
Please note, you must be an approved applicant prior to visiting our Non-Profit Supply Center. We do not review or process walk in applications.
