Do you offer pickups?
We can only offer pickups for large quantities (box truck to semi loads), based on availability.

How will you get the items to the Disaster Site?
After we sort, categorize and inventory the items at our facilities, the manifests for the shipments will be provided to our partners who will then arrange transportation and, if necessary, custom clearance to either ship those items via commercial flights or container shipments to the areas in need.
Do you also accept items not on the list?
You are welcome to donate items not listed. If those items are not needed for the disaster site, we will ship those items to provide humanitarian aid where most needed.
Will the donations really go to Disaster Relief?
Based on the current local assessments from our partners, the items listed are needed and will be shipped. This is subject to change due to needs changing on the ground.
If items are for any reason not required anymore, they will be used to provide humanitarian aid where most needed.

Can we start a relief items drive for you as a group/church/company?
Yes, we are very thankful if you organize drives and deliver those items to one of our locations.
Do you need volunteers?
Yes, we need volunteers daily for all of our programs. In terms of specific groups for disaster relief, it depends how many volunteers we already have scheduled and products needing to be sorted.
